The Filipino makeup artist flew to Brunei for the 10-day royal wedding, and documented her adventure on Instagram. She said it was an unforgettable experience that she will cherish for life.
“This spectacular celebration of love is such a remarkable memory that will forever be locked in my core,” she gushed, as she congratulated the happy couple. “What a fascinating and humbling experience in so many ways.”
Ochoa added: “More than being just part of it, being immersed in a beautiful, rich culture which is all so new to me has once again opened by eyes and my mind to so many new things.”
Ochoa also gave a sneak peek of her makeup creations for the bride, with Janice Perdigon as her assistant.
Her fans and friends were amazed by her talent, with some saying that the new princess of Brunei looked like the Blessed Virgin Mary. Others, meanwhile, showed their love and support for her latest achievement as a makeup artist.
Ochoa, who is based in Manila, is a popular choice among local celebrities. She has done makeup for stars like Maja Salvador, Sarah Lahbati, Angelica Panganiban, Jane de Leon, and Julia Barretto.
